If you’d like to volunteer and be a part of TerrorFest, please take a look at the available departments below and fill out the form to submit an application.

🎤 AV Department
Help setup, assist and maintain audio visual equipment. Provide tech support during events throughout the day.

🦹‍♀️ Costume Contest
Assist the costume contest coordinator right before and during the contest. This also includes helping the judges and contestants. 

😀 Info & Merch Booth
Greet and help attendees, provide information, answer questions, assist with merch items, collect feedback.

🚚Transport Team (Load in & Load Out)
The transport team will be available on setup day and will help load and unload our U-haul truck. Once loaded, all items will be unloaded and delivered to the right areas. 

🦸‍♂️ Undesignated 
If you are not sure which department to choose but you want to be involved this one is perfect! We will float you around where we could really use the help. Undesignated volunteers tend to save the day!

🌟 Vendor Assistance
Assist our vendor coordinator with anything to do with vendors and artists. Assistance needed on setup day and throughout the day.
